WITHDRAWAL POLICY

As an IUS student, you may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying IUS by telephone, email or fax. Your withdrawal will be effective the date you notify us. How much of your tuition and fees we refund will depend on when you withdraw.

NON RENFUNDABLE FEES

The following fees are not refundable when you withdraw as a student:
$400 tuition deposit, required upon acceptance to IUS. If you withdraw, this amount may be applied toward the Tuition Deposit of any other future session you decide to attend scheduled during the next 12 months.

REFUND POLICY

Tuition is a flat fee no matter how many or how few classes you take. Withdrawal before the final payment date has a $400.00 penalty.

Withdrawal between the final payment date and the start of the program has a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the program.

If withdrawal occurs after the start of the program, IUS will refund only recoverable room and board costs.

If the withdrawal is for medical reasons, with an accompanying medical certificate, IUS will refund uncommitted fees.
